Satyajit Chakrabarti is an IIT, Kharagpur alumni. He worked in Govt. as well as private industries in India, USA & Canada. He is recipient of many awards and recognitions including IETE Gold Medal for highest contribution in India Electronic Industries. He has many original research papers and was organizer of International Technical Conferences in New York with Columbia University, Las Vegas with Navada University, Vancouver with University of British Columbia. He worked as Vice Chancellor & later as Chancellor of two reputed Universities. He is an avid tennis player.

Saikat Chakrabarti is Associate Professor at the Department of Business Administration, Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Amit Kumar Bhandari is an Associate Professor of Economics at Rishi Bankim Chandra Evening College and a Research Fellow at IZA in Bonn. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Kalyani and has previously served as a Lecturer in Economics at the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management. Dr. Bhandari has a rich publication record, with research interests in labour economics, education, health behaviors, inequality, and public economics. He has also demonstrated his leadership and project management skills by serving as a Project Director for multiple government-funded research projects.
