Criminal Procedure and Sentencing has been fully revised with updates including: key recent case law, new legislation including the Sentencing Act 2020, the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 and the Police, Crime and Sentencing Act 2022, as well as the latest Criminal Procedure Rules and the new Criminal Practice Directions.

Peter Hungerford-Welch is a Professor of Law at the City Law School, City, University of London. His teaching is mainly focused on the Bar Vocational Studies LLM; he supervises dissertations on that programme and the School’s Master of Laws programme.
