This book discusses copyleft and its impact on the traditional way to conceive of property. It is specifically focused on the European and International juridical framework. Ettore M. Lombardi, a Professor of Private Law and International Business Law at the University of Florence, is also a practicing lawyer. He co-directs the Executive Courses on Alternative Investment at Queen Mary University of London and on Art & Law at the University of Florence, Université de Genève, and Gallerie degli Uffizi. His academic qualifications include degrees from various prestigious institutions, an LL.M. at Harvard Law School, and advanced certificates in AI (Saïd Business School at Oxford University), Business Sustainability Management (Cambridge University), and Sustainable Finance (Cambridge University). Currently, he holds positions as Research Fellow and Visiting/Senior Fellow at various prestigious and gloabally recognized institutions.
