作者簡介

Tilottama Singh is a certified HR analyst with 14 years of experience in Human Resources and Work Dynamics. She has a master’s in HR and management and specializes in HR, strategy, and law, and is involved in designing management curriculums. She started her career in the hotel industry and later joined education, currently serving as HOD Management at Uttaranchal University. She has a rich research portfolio, including Scopus journals and conference awards. Dr. Singh is a member of AIMA and focuses on emotions and spirituality training, bridging the gap between students and industry delegates.

Richa Goel is an accomplished academic with 23 plus years of experience in Economics and Management. She’s an Associate Professor at SCMS Noida, Symbiosis International University, Pune. She is a Gold Medalist in Economics and holds a Ph.D. in Management with expertise in Diversity Management. Her projects on E-Shiksha, Women Empowerment, and Inclusive Banking have gained recognition from New Zealand’s Ministry of Finance. She is a published author, a Book Series Editor and is an invited speaker at national and international platforms.

Manleenjot Kaur has embraced diverse roles in various organizations, but presently, as an Assistant Professor, she takes pride in imparting knowledge and guiding bright minds in Entrepreneurship Development, and Strategic Management. Her teaching experience goes beyond the classroom, as she has actively organized engaging events such as the Entrepreneurship Conclave, webinars, Faculty Development Programs, and seminars. On the entrepreneurial front, running a successful franchise has allowed her to wear the hat of a skilled businesswoman, involved in every aspect from market research to digital marketing strategies. She has done her Ph.D. in Management specializing in International Entrepreneurship.

Michela Floris is an Associate Professor of Management in the Department of Economics and Business, at the University of Cagliari, Italy. She received her Ph.D. in Management at the University of Cagliari. She has been teaching Family Business Management for several years, has published articles in leading journals and has received relevant grants for her studies. Her main interest in research focuses on women’s entrepreneurship, strategy, organizational goals, and goal-driven behaviors in family firms, including entrepreneurship, marketing, innovation, and growth.
