Balwinder Raj (MIEEE’2006) currently working as Associate Professor at National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, India. He has more than 15 years teaching and research experience. He did B. Tech, Electronics Engineering (PTU Jalandhar), M. Tech-Microelectronics (PU Chandigarh) and Ph.D-VLSI Design (IIT Roorkee), India in 2004, 2006 and 2010 respectively. For further research work, European Commission awarded him "Erasmus Mundus" Mobility of life research fellowship for postdoc research work at University of Rome, Tor Vergata, Italy in 2010-2011. Dr. Raj received India4EU (India for European Commission) Fellowship and worked as visiting researcher at KTH University, Stockholm, Sweden, Oct-Nov 2013. He also visited Aalto University Finland as visiting researcher during June 2017.
Dr. Raj has authored/co-authored 10 books, 15 book chapters and more than 150 research papers in peer reviewed international/national journals and conferences. His areas of interest in research are Nanoscale Semiconductor Device Modeling; Nanoelectronic, sensors and circuit design, FinFET based Memory design, Low Power VLSI Design, Digital/Analog VLSI Design and FPGA implementation.
Shobhit Saxena is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering at Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. He received his PhD degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Dhanbad, in 2022. He was a recipient of the Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho: MEXT) Scholarship 2006 and has worked as a Research Scholar at Tohoku University, Japan, from 2006 to 2008. He has around 15 years of teaching and research experience. Dr. Shobhit Saxena has published and presented research articles in various SCI journals and IEEE conferences. He has also published book chapters in the books of international publishing houses. He is also a reviewer of journals like IEEE Access, IET Electronics Letters, International Journal of Electronics, International Journal of RF & Microwave Engineering, International Journal of Communication Systems and International Journal of Microwave and Wireless Technologies. His current research interest includes printed antennas, the effect of RF-EMF on the environment, nanomaterials and flexible electronics.
Nandakishor Yadav is currently working as a senior scientist with the Fraunhofer Institute for Photonic Microsystems, Dresden, Germany. Before joining Fraunhofer, he was a Senior Research Associate and Post-Doctoral Fellow with Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, USA, and Indian Institute of Technogy Indore, India, respectively. He also worked as an assistant professor with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida. India. He has more than 10-years of experience in the field of research and teaching. Nandakishor Yadav received a Ph.D. degree in VLSI Design from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management Gwalior, India. He did Bachler of Science, Master of Science, and Master of Technology from the Devi Ahilya University Indore and Panjab University Chandigarh, respectively. He also published more than 50 research articles in peer-reviewed journals and conferences such as in the IEEE Transections and International conference on VLSI Design.
Tarun Chaudhary did her B. Tech, Electronics and Communication Engineering from UIET, Panjab University Chandigarh, in 2010; M.Tech. in VDAT (ECE) from NIT Hamirpur in 2012; and PhD from NIT Hamirpur in the year 2017. During her PhD she has worked on the designing and mathematical modeling of vertical FET. She is currently working as Assistant Professor in ECE Department, Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar. She has worked as a faculty member under SMDP C2SD Project from Oct 2017 till Nov 2019. She is guiding PhD and PG scholars in the areas of Nanoscale devices and circuits, and FPGA based design. She has five book chapters and more than 25 research papers in peer reviewed international/national journals and conferences. She has organized several STCs and workshops in the domain of VLSI design). Of the three students who are pursuing their PhD under her supervision, all are working TFET, NCFET, Nanowire and based sensors. Her present research is largely focused on the design and modeling of nanoscale devices, TFETs, Junctionless devices, Low power VLSI Design Circuits.
Mandeep Singh has done his B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Eng. &M.tech ECE (VLSI DESIGN) from Punjabi University Patiala. He has 5-year teaching experience to teach undergraduate, Master students like in Punjab Technical University, National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand and Choudhary Charn Singh University Meerut. Now currently he has working in Indian Institute of information Technology Surat Gujarat as Faculty in ECE department. He has published 3 books, 5 book chapters and various research papers in the domain of VLSI Design & Circuit. His areas of research are semiconductor device modelling, memory design, CNT & Nanowire, low power VLSI design.
