Giovanni Cellamare is Full Professor of International Law, Faculty of Political Science, University of Bari ＂Aldo Moro＂ and Head of the Department of International Law and European Union. Pietro Gargiulo is Full Professor of International Law, Department of Political Science, University of Teramo. From 2016 he is Deputy Rector for Research Monitoring and from 2016 to 2019 he was Director of the Master’s Degree in International Political Studies.
