Lucy Bailey is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Bounce Forward a charity that specialises in building psychological fitness in children and the adults around them. Under Lucy’s leadership the charity has reached 1000’s of schools, trained and supported over 30,000 teachers and transformed the lives of over 1.2 million children and over 17,000 parents. Lucy has directed longitudinal, national research projects, is certified by University of Pennsylvania, has an MSc in Practice Based Research, a BSc in Social Policy and Criminology, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education. Voula Tsoflias is a Trustee of Bounce Forward. As a Chartered Psychologist, she specialised in the development of resilience, through her work with corporate leaders. She has a BSc, an MA, and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychology Society. As an author, she contributed nine chapters to The Psychology Book, published by DK in 2012 and winner of the British Psychology Society Book of the Year award. As a novelist, Voula has recently completed her fourth book.
