Veronica Regueiro, Psy.D., is a bilingual health psychologist specialising in paediatrics, behavioral health consultation, and comprehensive psychodiagnostic evaluations. Dr. Regueiro serves on the faculty of California Baptist University (CBU) and as the clinical director for CBEM, LLC, a crisis intervention service vendorized with California’s regional center system.

Noel Cooper, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist with specialties in clinical supervision, foster care and adoption, and clergy family issues. She holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from Fuller Theological Seminary’s School of Psychology and completed an APA-accredited internship at the Robert J. Murney Clinic in Missouri. Dr. Cooper is licensed in the state of California. Dr. Cooper serves on the faculty at CBU and is the director of PSR the internal training clinic for the APA-accredited Psy.D. program at CBU. Dr. Cooper lives in California with her husband, Addison, and their three children.
