Jeff G. Konin, PhD, ATC, PT, FACSM, FNATA, is a Clinical Professor at Florida International University, in Miami, Florida. He has been a leading clinician, educator, and scholar for more than 30 years. As a licensed and certified athletic trainer and licensed physical therapist, Dr. Konin is the author of more than 25 academic textbooks and has delivered hundreds of professional presentations throughout the world. Mark S. Ramey, Esq, is a practicing trial attorney and founding partner of Ramey & Kampf, P.A. in Tampa, Florida. After receiving his Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1987, he served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit Florida until 1994. While a felony prosecutor, he tried cases ranging from murder to arson to trafficking to racketeering. Since entering private practice, his career has been devoted solely to insurance defense, litigating cases through trial on behalf of major insurance institutions for nearly 30 years. He is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
