As former Director of Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management (SIOM), he made the institute known in the corporate world as reliable source of globally compatible managerial human resource within a short span of 3 years. He is currently the Principal Consultant of Gangadhar Joshi & Associates, a multidisciplinary management consulting, education and training firm.
