A Course in Personal Freedom

A Course in Personal Freedom shows how we are all trapped in a cycle of outdated and ill-suited beliefs about our self. Caused through our interactions with our environment, upbringing, culture and our own response to trauma, we end up limiting our life choices, and choose to be lesser versions of ourselves, or even worse, a version of ourselves that causes us unhappiness and sabotages our better future.

But there is a way out! Told through the journey of Mike as he undertakes a three day Course in Personal Freedom, and the months that follow. Mike crafts a new life with his partner, under the guidance of Greg Summers, the facilitator of the course. By the end of the book, Mike has learnt to identify and release his limiting beliefs and how to adopt new ones.
