One More Bite Darling dives into topics of eating disorders, depression, and recovery. It is a collection of the author’s personal journal entries over the past six years. In the first two parts, the author, Bronté Rawlings, takes us on a journey from her personal struggles with her mental health and her battle with an eating disorder and depression. In part three ＂the healing＂, she showcases her journey in recovery, bringing hope and light to the reader that things can get better and recovery is possible.
