Nirjhar earned his BE in mechanical engineering from the Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College and received the PGDBM certificate from the Institute of Management Technology Ghaziabad CDL.

Alexandra Katzian is a dedicated researcher, project manager, educator, and author with over a decade of experience in the social sciences. She holds a PhD in Religious and Cultural Studies from the University of Salzburg and has an interdisciplinary academic background with a bachelor’s in political science, a minor in sociology, and master’s degrees in project management, religious and cultural studies, digital marketing, and e-commerce. In her role as a project manager for LEADER, the European Union’s program for regional development, Dr. Katzian contributes to impactful community initiatives in Lower Austria’s Südliches Waldviertel Nibelungengau region. She has participated in several interdisciplinary research projects, co-authored papers in the social sciences, and published a book exploring the impact of politics in Austria. She continues to research and write in her spare time, bringing fresh insights and perspectives to the field.

Dr. Katzian is also a passionate educator and mother, teaching at a community college where she inspires her students to deepen their knowledge explore their potential, and become the best versions of themselves.
