Fragments of Me is a poetry collection for those who learned to be functional before they were allowed to be human.

Written in spare, intimate fragments, these poems explore emotional neglect, survival, anger held quietly in the body, and the slow, disorienting work of healing. This is not a book about getting over pain it is about living with it honestly, without spectacle or apology.
