An ally has gone rogue, stealing a magical amulet entrusted into Nicolas’s care.

Not about to let this betrayal go unanswered, Nicolas and his companions set out in pursuit of their former friend.

Though that will be no easy task, for winter has come to Etherius.

The very thought of a chase through the snow would be enough to put off all but the most stalwart adventurer, but Nicolas will soon learn that the conditions aren’t the deadliest thing about winter...by far.

Facing the elements, fierce predators, and the occasional barbarian horde, Nicolas could have parts of him frozen off, bitten off or simply hacked off as he pursues his wayward companion.

Yet, amongst even all these dangers, one stands out.

For winter means the coming of the Visitor.
