Off-Limits

Olivia should have every opportunity to succeed in her career after snagging a job with the biggest marketing firm in the city. The only problem is that her boss hates her. For some unfathomable reason, however, he loves Denver’s self-proclaimed hockey god and notorious playboy, Jake Ellis, who also happens to be one of her brother’s best friends. Now she needs his help. She only asked for one fake date for a work event, but that won’t cut it for him. He’s going to be her fake boyfriend until the hockey season starts, and if he can keep his hands off of other women the entire time they’re together, she owes him a real date.

Olivia:
Three years ago, I kissed one of my brother’s best friends. Correction: his teammate-which is probably worse. Now I need his help for my job and I’m not exactly thrilled about the prospect of fake dating him. At least it’s only for a couple of months until I can prove to my boss that I am good at my job. I’ve never been the type to take risks in my life or do anything remotely out of line, and Jake Ellis had that combo written all over him.

Jake:
The girl who ruined my life three years ago now needs my help? Okay, I’ll play along. Sure, it might ruin my friendship with her brother, but I’m the type of guy who craves a little excitement in my life. She’s the last person I should be helping and he would probably kill me if he even knew I was talking to her, but some risks are worth taking. Yeah, she ruined my life when she kissed me, but I never said it was a bad thing.
