Circumstances, whether man-made or natural, throw spanners in the wheels of progress of family life thus denying people some of their cherished comfort.The author brings out the habits and mannerisms in children as they interact among themselves in their own little words, and how they deal with challenges. He also touches on how some men exploit their unsuspecting wives when family income is threatened.
