On top of that, a woman living next door has visitors all hours of the day and night. She doesn’t like Charlie’s dog, Eddie, who barks whenever someone comes to her door, and she threatens to call the police if Eddie doesn’t stop barking. Percival knows she’s hiding something, but when he finds a broom left on Charlie’s step where the older man would trip and fall, Percival takes action and calls upon his friends to help him find out what the woman is up to
