To use this book and images, pull one randomly to give your brain a brainstorming/problem solving prompt. I have included journal ideas and other suggestions for most affirmations. I want all women who read this book to find succor, courage, and sisterhood here. I see you. I believe in you. Together, we are unstoppable.
