Designing Knowledge Organizations is based upon a graduate course taught at Stevens Institute of Technology to Masters and PhD students. The book focuses on the design and management of a K-organization: any company that generates and applies knowledge. The authors concentrate on both micro- and macro-design and their interrelationships at individual, team, task, process, and organizational levels.
