Millicent is an exotic, sophisticated Shorthaired Oriental cat who is sent to Nimbin in northern N.S.W. by, Tom, the Chief of the CIA – The Cat Intelligence Agency, to infiltrate, gather intelligence and report on the local drug trade. There she meets, King, the dashing and beautiful Burmese tom-cat and is befriended by the elderly Bertha, a tattered, comical part Persian hypochondriac. Together with the help of the local 'catstabulary' they face adventures, battles, danger, intrigue and eventually murder before the elusive, local drug lord can be brought to a fitting justice.
