A traditional Scot is proud of his only child, who in turn delights in his father's noble actions and family rites. They reside just beneath an ancient structure, long abandoned but not forgotten by the boy and his father. Then one eve before Christmas, tragedy strikes and what was once a mere childish whim became a solemn promise. Will the act of courage make a difference to the boy?
