The River of Blood

In the tradition of Frank R. Stockton's classic "The Lady, or The Tiger?", "The River of Blood" is a horror fable about dilemmas and conscience based in part on Kevin Dutton's Trolley Problem, where a simple thief confronts a maniacal queen in a game of manipulation and surrender. Life and death hang in the balance in this short work of fiction from Roland "MJ" Ziemke, author of Princess Discipline.
