Catch and Release: Epic Poem

Another continuation of the evolving process of attacking life through living through breathing and without tension. This epic poetic dream takes one in between the lines of a dialogue taking place in a gym that has the power to heal. An internal film the spectator is awakened to a place and a state where mercy is tested and humility prevails.
