Little Moments

They’ve been together for over five years, spending every minute of their time together to keep away from their own family troubles. After an accident leaving both of them hospitalized, Jack discovers there’s something more going on with his body. Before and after the intense diagnosis, his girlfriend Willow has been trying to help, but she feels she can only hurt him more.
