When the path of Alexandra’s life is interrupted by the loss of her parents, she withdraws from God. Hurt and questioning why God allows pain and suffering, she shuts herself off. She chooses to live that she believes honors her parents' memories and her father's wishes. And this life she has chosen is one of struggle, but she tries to remain determined. Her faith is in need of repair. Alex never expected her own “Mr. Fix It” to walk in the door, but it is the Master Carpenter who will make the needed renovations. As she struggles to let go of her pain, God is gently making repairs to her crumbled faith in ways she cannot imagine. The plan has long since been drawn up and construction has begun.
