All the characters in this story are the usual sterotypes such as one might have seen in the horror films. This includes the mad count, the crazy professor, the floating woman, the blob, the half-wit gardener. Also to drag the whole thing out we have the naive reporter and his normal good looking girlfriend. Oh yes, and not forgetting the Butler, who is not so normal, as one will see after they have dug him up.
