Isaac may have a cat named Perky Erect Nipples and he may insist that's why his story is called what it's called, but the facts are clear: he's haunted by the memory of some literal nipples, and he's headed to his high-school reunion in hopes to finally say what he should have said all those years ago to that sweet little Nazarene girl. What Isaac does not know is that the moment he needs to discuss has stuck with her all these years as well—but for very different reasons. And she's also headed home to Oregon to speak with the boy who turned her into something new.
