Author Alan R. Secor has written an exciting fictional adventure in an imaginary time, but based on a real-life situation. Family members and two close friends are included as characters in the story with similar, but imaginative names. This story deals with mythical monsters and creatures, gods and goddesses, kings, queens, generals, captains, demons, battle, and love. The story has to do with the king (the author) trying to rescue his daughter the princess from an evil king and queen. And the man who stole the author's (king) wife. It is an emotional story based on the author's desire to rescue his daughter and wife in real life and be a better husband.This short novella is an easy read, entertaining and quite imaginative. This the author's second writing on fiction and fantasy. Mr. Secor lives in Norfolk, Virginia, but was born in the Philadelphia area. He is 63 years old and works in the security industry.
