Leviathan's War

After surviving a car crash, Rock Island, Illinois teenager Levi Strauss undergoes an unprecedented and unexplainable change: His body cannot be damaged, and he has nearly limitless supernatural strength and endurance. Resolving to become the world's first superhero, he puts on a ski mask and heads to Chicago to fight crime on the streets while conversing with his family back home. However, crimefighting turns out to be much more complicated than he thought, as his enemies are not bank robbers but the wealthy men who poison our world.

As the only superhero in existence, Levi must decide how he will change the world when he cannot be stopped by anything but his own conscience.
