Angels and Outlaws

The year is 1865 the war is over but when two Archangels seeing all the chaos get thrown out by the Creator to sort it out,  appear on the last blood soaked battlefield Johnny Rebel ever hopes to see, he realizes the real battle is just beginning. He always knew he was different but he never knew he was a Halo, half angel-half human. It's almost more than he can believe; maybe one of those bullets to the head did more damage than the beautiful field nurse had led him to think.

            Rellissa only ever wanted to be a soldier, but being a girl she had no hope, so she settled for being a nurse. She will never regret that decision after she first lays eyes on the handsome Johnny Rebel that never dies. She dubs him her angel, because he survives wounds that have killed stronger men than him. What will she do when she learns that her pet name for him is closer to fact then fiction?
