Officer sitting at the scale’s entrance, the State Trooper and the driver lock eyes just a moment and the officer immediately waives the truck driver in for an inspection. ＂SHIT!＂ he yells. ＂Outlaw!＂ a voice says over his CB radio, ＂I believe that ＂Full Grown is waiving at you!＂
