Throughout America’s existence as a country, cultural dilemma’s, prominently caused by segregation and the mistreatment of the lower class, are proven to result in severe controversy between the oppressed and the oppressors. For a long time now, the government has attempted to implement regulations in aims to decrease the level segregation within urban communities - but time after time - the government has failed. Now in the year of 2018, segregation levels within poverty stricken areas continue to grow farther apart from their wealthy neighboring towns; bringing forward the underlying dilemma. The rich keep getting richer - while the poor are still digging through their couches looking for extra change.
