This book takes parents from feeling disconnected to reconnecting with their true, authentic center, so they can be free to respond the way they really want to and create a life of ease, consciousness, and enjoyment in their family life.

Most of us are self-aware, know a lot about parenting, and already have a lot of tools in our toolbox. We know our triggers and when they are triggered; we know about regulation; and we even have lists of scripts and are knowledgeable about what experts think we should do and say in those moments. And yet, when it comes down to it, in the moment of stress, we can’t seem to actually make a difference in the way we respond.

Reconnected Parenting is a guide to help parents do better in the moments that count; and it shows readers how understanding the nervous system and using our breath to rewire our reactions from our body up creates deep, lasting change.

You will be taken on a journey through the science behind the nervous system and how this is holistically linked to connecting to our truest and most spiritual selves.

Emma Johnston (otherwise known as @newearth.mama) is a Certified Advanced Theta Healer & Mind Body Intuitive, Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner, and Kundalini Yoga teacher. She is walking the path of conscious living with her young family on the East Coast of Australia. She is the mother of five beautiful children.

Eleanor Mann (@eleanorbreathe) is a registered counselor, breath worker, and play therapist with a B.A. of Social Science (Counseling), a B.A. of Psychology (Hons), a Diploma in Breathwork and a Graduate Diploma in Child Centred Play Therapy. She was the director of Blue Mountains wellness space ＂Bright and Balanced Living.＂
