作者簡介

Lucy Cousins (露西．卡森)

　　露西．卡森出生於1964年，她在1990年於英國皇家藝術學院取得視覺設計碩士學位畢業後，便出版了第一本現今聞名全球的小鼠波波，至今相關系列作品已經在全世界熱賣超過三千萬本。她的繪畫有著個人獨特的風格，飽滿的顏色，大膽的線條，不僅幼兒有十足的吸引力，連大人也無法抵擋她繪畫的魅力。她的作品不僅在市場上創下銷售佳績，也獲得無數獎項的肯定，讓她成為了當代最著名的插畫家之一。

　　露西．卡森目前定居於英國漢普郡的彼得斯菲爾德，她養育了四個小孩，這四個孩子帶給她許多創作的靈感，也因為身為母親的切身經驗，讓她了解幼兒的心理需求，她筆下角色在故事中的冒險，生動的就像是全世界任何一個小孩的生活經驗，因此受到全世界兒童的熱烈共鳴。
