Revenge In Del Rio

Having a best friend who reads minds and gets "feelings" from crime scenes would put off most people. Isabelle Giovini isn't "most people". Her quick wit and ability to break your nose in the blink of an eye doesn't put off Isabelle's best friend, Teri Garcia, one bit. Nor does Belle's endless confession time devoted to lustful thoughts about Arnold Schwarzenegger. When Mr. Thomas James, the local winery owner, is murdered, Belle and Teri get sucked in by Teri's "feelings" and find themselves trying to figure out who murdered Mr. James and why. When the newly assigned Texas Ranger first meets the girls, he lists Belle as a possible suspect. Unfortunately for him, Del Rio is a small town and everyone knows Belle and is blackmailing her for one reason or another. Her quick wit and ability to defend herself leave him confused and intrigued. But unknown to the Texas Ranger or Belle, their pasts include a common denominator. Ex-Navy Seal Raymond Giovini is Belle's overprotective big brother, Edward, the new Texas Rangers' mentor, and Mr. James' killer's ultimate target.
