　　葛瑞的媽媽千方百計要在鎮上發起「無3C日」運動，帶大家重返那個美好單純的年代。但「不插電」的生活超不方便，連鬧鐘都不會響了，葛瑞為了逃離這種原始生活，只好去參加「勤奮農場」體驗營。
