Life is Like a Tootsie Roll Lollipop: The Adventures of Sib and Bib is a memory book of my childhood growing up in the segregated South during the 50s and 60s. Sometimes serious and sometimes humorous, I look back on my childhood with memories that define all that is wondrous and enchanting about this fleeting period of time. Each of the twelve creative nonfiction stories is a unique celebration of some aspect of childhood that I hope will spark a special remembrance for each reader.
