No Fishing in the Parking Lot is the story of how God used a pastor and his wife to grow and develop their small church into one of the region's largest churches by responding to His call. They realized that it didn't matter where they lived, they had been sent on a mission from God. There were people who had to be reached with God's message of the Gospel. The mission of bringing others to God's work starts simply, by getting people out of their houses, churches, and "parking lots" to spend time with others who are also searching for God's love. People cannot fully realize how much others care for them until they meet with them where they live.

Denver E. Copeland has served the Lord, with his wife, Debbie, for the past twelve years in Nikiski, Alaska. It was there that he saw the Lord do many miraculous works through the ministry and his leadership in that area. He has preached the gospel for almost forty years.
