The Son of Monte Cristo, Vol. 1

Although Alexandre Dumas (1802-1870) did not write this sequel to his popular classic The Count of Monte-Cristo, it was was based on his classic novel and continues the spirit of the original story. The Son of Monte-Cristo was one of two sequels written by Jules Lermina (1839-1915) in 1881. It was included in the 30-volume Collected Works of Dumas.
