A Pilot’’s Tale - Flying Helicopters in Vietnam

In the 60’s, a war was being fought in Vietnam. Helicopters were being used in many different rolls for the first time. The Army began to rely heavily on the Warrant Officer corps to supply the demand for new pilot’s. The author recounts his journey to Warrant Officer and his experiences flying helicopters on two tours of duty in Vietnam.
