As I began to become sufficient at my Cab Driving skills I started to concentrate on the people I transported from place to place. I felt a deep appreciation for the life styles they had chosen and the reasons they had chosen them. I started to wonder if in the same situation would I have chosen the same. Then there were those that I identified with but for one reason or another had chosen a different path for myself and felt immensely grateful. Then it dawned on me that if I had been exposed early enough in my life how many pitfalls could I have avoided. So, I decided to put pen to paper and publish this work for others to enjoy and perhaps learn from. It is my fondest wish that you all enjoyed each and every person you have met in these pages and that you will appreciate that we all have our own road to walk. We are all given gifts and talents and none of us has a neither easier nor harder life, although some are just better prepared. Since we each have our own challenges to face, hopefully you will find a few in this work and help you or a loved one to make a better choice.
