E. Wright Davis, Jr., is a true product of the Old South. Born and raised in Americus, Georgia, he graduated from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, and received his Juris Doctorate in law from the Walter F, George School of Law. He practiced law for fifteen years as a trial lawyer in Georgia, and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. Wright is an entreprenuer, having been involved in broadcasting, marketing, politics, insurance, farming, and real estate. An accomplished speaker and humorist, he won the Georgia state championship of humorous speaking as a member of Toastmasters International. He was selected as one of the Five Most Outstanding Men of Georgia by the Georgia Jaycees.
