Laurie Hinzman, MA is a well-respected school principal and leadership coach in San Diego, CA. She began her career in 1980 and has extensive and diverse experience in education, consulting, coaching, management, and leadership. Mrs. Hinzman has honed her leadership approach - leading from the heart - throughout her career and it applies to anyone, anywhere, who undertakes a leadership role in life. Her approach has been lauded by colleagues and widely adopted by leaders and educators whom she mentors. Mrs. Hinzman was recently honored with the regional ＂2010 Administrator of the Year＂ award. She lives in Poway, California with her husband, Bob.
