His broad background encompasses petroleum, chemical, gas, nuclear, gas turbine, electrical transmission and fossil powered generation facilities. Charlie earned his PhD in Engineering Management and holds a Juris Doctorate and Bachelors in Science degrees. Charlie has worked with many labor unions and contractors through out the United States and Canada.
