A Disposable Death

Jack Willoughby was in the U.S. Army Security Agency for three and a half years. After the army he traveled to 16 different countries to either work or just look around. He joined the New Orleans Police Department in 1971 and retired in 1998. He worked in Patrol, Asian Squad, Violent Gang Task Force, Intelligence, Rape Squad, Child Abuse, Juvenile Bureau and Administration. He and his wife now live in Northeast Alabama, where he does as little as possible. Retirement is good.
