Patricia Turner lives in Sydney, Australia. She is the author of several novels and short stories. These include ’The Fragrant Trail’ in which crime reporter, Rusty Linden, makes her debut. Her short story ’The Talk of the Town’, set in 1940s Hollywood, appeared in the ’Womanscapes’ anthology. Another story ’Bohemian Heart’ is centred around Rowe Street. The little lane-way was Sydney’s true bohemian heart, until it was demolished by developers in the 1970s. This story formed part of the ’Stomping Ground’ anthology which had as its theme a sense of place.
