As soon as I could read, write and imagine, these became my tools for life. I have used them in my work and in my leisure time. These tools are exciting and have led me to use them in many different ways. Mostly, I have written poetry and dramas. I have designed posters and costumes. I have created large drawings and experimented with various forms of paint, ink and photography. Now, I combine what I have learned, together with computer technology, and use it to produce illustrations and picture books. I use a computer to type my books, BUT I always write in pencil. I love the feel of pencil on a page and it was my initial writing tool.
