Hidden Agenda

Cole Winters has left his corporate job to return to the family ranch after the death of his father. A drought and fire has destroyed his winter crops and a bank debt left by his father has put him in jeopardy of losing the ranch. He can see only one way out. To swallow his pride and accept an offer to lease his land for hunting to two Dallas executives. But when the executives show up with friends, Cole soon discovers they have a hidden agenda - one that pulls him into a dangerous situation. Janice Wallace, a beauty in their company, causes even more concern. The CEO orders Cole to keep his distance. However, Janice has other ideas.

Johnny Fowler grew up on a cattle ranch in west Texas and worked on a sixty thousand acre ranch throughout high school and college. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in business administration and began ranching for himself while employed by the USDA. While with the USDA he wrote newsletters for producers, and articles for agriculture publications and newspapers. He has now converted the knowledge gained from his experiences and education into writing novels.
