Eric Little is a strong advocate for youth and family empowerment. He has worked alongside many organizations that serve the needs of youth and fami-lies in numerous ways. He worked for several summers with The Children’s Defense Fund through summer enrichment programs called freedom schools. These programs helped empower inner city youth to find joy and excitement in reading. He worked extensively with an organization in Atlanta, Georgia called The Study Hall serving at risk children after graduating from Morris Brown College in 2003 with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Speech Communications. Eric worked three years with an organization called Freedom School Partners in Charlotte, North Carolina. Through this organization he worked with at least forty inner-city youth in Math, English, and Language Arts on a daily basis. Eric also finds great pleasure in mentoring young boys and developing their social skills. These are the types of things that ignite his passionate desire for change and enable him to live for purposes that are larger than the advancement of his life alone. Eric is Passionate about helping to ensure that the current state of the institution of family and his generation is restored to a more healthy and fruitful state. He is the second eldest of eight siblings and the first to graduate from college. He yeilds nearly 12 years of successful experience creat-ing, leading, and building inner city youth and families in Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC. Eric is a liscensed minister at New Birth Charlotte under the leadership of Bishop Terrell L. Murphy. He works faithfully while serving the mission and needs of his local church.
